Tibetan Heart Yoga Series 1 reveals the foundation of Yoga as practiced the Lineage of the Dalai Lamas.
Tonglen compassion meditations are weaved into asanas which are each used to cultivate each of the six perfections: giving, morality, patience, joyful effort, concentration, and wisdom.
This 20-Hour Course teaches the deep practice of beginning to relate with friends, enemies, and strangers with an ultimately compassionate mind. Using this "inner method" during your yoga practice will transform it from merely a physical into a transformative spiritual daily practice.
Tibetan Heart Yoga is a practice which works from the inside with the meditative mind and from the outside with pranayama, asana, and ethical awareness. We practice yoga on the mat, so that we might perfect it off the mat. Each THY series is an individual study, therefore no prior experience with THY is needed. All are welcome.
